• T.O.S (PLEASE READ)

1. ลูกค้าจะได้รับงานสกุล .png ในความละเอียด 300 dpi ขนาดภาพขั้นต่ำ A4 หรือตามตกลง
- กรณีต้องการ .psd แยกเลเยอร์จะชาร์จเพิ่ม 10% จากราคารวม ในกรณีที่แจ้งหลังตกลงสเกตช์แล้วจะชาร์จ 20%
(การแยกเลเยอร์ psd จะแยกเป็นตัวละคร / ฉาก / เอฟเฟก ไม่มีการแยกส่วนของรายละเอียดตัวละครเป็นชิ้น)
- กรณีต้องการการแยกพาร์ทเพื่ออนิเมชั่นจะมีการบวกเพิ่มขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดและการตกลง เริ่มต้นที่ 1000 บาท2. ราคาที่ปรากฎในเว็บไซต์นี้เป็นราคาสำหรับการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์
- กรณีใช้งานส่วนตัว(personal use) จะลดราคา 30%
- การนำไปประกอบการขาย การโฆษณา หรือการกระทำใดใดที่อันจะก่อให้เกิดผลกำไรจะถูกนับรวมเป็นการใช้งานในเชิงพาณิชย์ทั้งสิ้น
- แฟนอาร์ต Vtuber จะถูกนับเป็นการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์
- Give Away ไม่นับเป็นเชิงพาณิชย์ ยกเว้นในบางกรณี รบกวนสอบถามก่อนทุกครั้ง*3. ราคาที่ปรากฎในเว็บไซต์นี้เป็นราคาเริ่มต้นสำหรับ 1 ตัวละคร หากตัวละครมีรายละเอียดมากจะมีการบวกเพิ่ม4. 1 ภาพจะใช้เวลา 4-5 สัปดาห์ ยกเว้นมีการตกลงกันในกรณีอื่น
- กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการใช้ภาพเร่งด่วน การขอให้ภาพเสร็จสมบูรณ์ในเวลาต่ำกว่า 2 สัปดาห์จะมีค่างานเร่ง *1.5 เท่า (ราคานี้คิดแยกจากเชิงพาณิชย์)5. ภาพวาดที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์จะถูกอัพขึ้น sns ของผู้วาดและ portfolio
- กรณีที่ไม่สะดวกให้อัพเก็บเลยจะชาร์จ 10% จากราคาเต็มของงาน
- กรณีที่มีข้อตกลงให้อัพได้หลังผ่านไประยะหนึ่ง จะไม่มีการชาร์จเพิ่มแต่อย่างใด6. การเครดิตนักวาด สามารถให้เครดิต @dujdao_art ได้เลยค่ะ
- ไม่อนุญาตให้แอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์งานขึ้นมาเองเด็ดขาด7. การยกเลิกคิวหรืองาน หากผู้วาดได้เริ่มงานไปแล้วจะไม่มีการคืนเงินมัดจำในทุกกรณี
- หากผู้วาดเป็นผู้ยกเลิกงานเอง จะคืนเงินให้ทั้งหมดแม้ว่าจะเริ่มงานและส่งร่างแล้ว8. การแก้ไขงาน
- สามารถแจ้งได้ทั้งแบบข้อความและการเขียนชี้บนชิ้นงานได้ตามสะดวก รบกวนใช้ภาษาที่รักษามารยาทและน้ำใจนักวาด
- สามารถแก้ได้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้งต่อ 1 รอบการส่งงาน (เช่นส่งสเกตช์สามารถแก้ได้ 2 ครั้ง และส่งภาพสีจะแก้ได้อีก 2 ครั้ง)
- การขอแก้งานเกินกว่าจำนวนที่ตกลงจะคิดค่าแก้ครั้งละ 100 บาท เว้นแต่ผู้วาดได้เข้าใจสารผิดเอง9. กรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างตอบอีเมลล่าช้า จะมีผลกระทบต่อวันส่งงานและถือว่าอยู่นอกเหนือความรับผิดชอบของผู้วาด10. ลูกค้ามีหน้าที่แจ้งข้อมูลและรายละเอียดสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมมิชชั่นทุกประการ การแจ้งไม่ครบหรือไม่ชัดเจนอาจส่งผลให้ผลงานที่ออกมา ซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือความรับผิดชอบของผู้วาด11. ผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธที่จะไม่รับงานหากพิจารณาแล้วว่าทักษะไม่สามารถสร้างผลงานที่น่าพอใจให้ลูกค้าได้12. ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระเงินล่วงหน้าเต็มจำนวนก่อนเริ่มงาน
- สามารถแบ่งจ่ายได้หากยอดสูงกว่า 5000 บาท
- กรรมสิทธิ์ของภาพจะยังไม่เป็นของผู้จ้างถ้าหากยังไม่ชำระเงินครบตามที่ตกลง13. ไม่อนุญาตให้ลูกค้านำผลงานที่คอมมิชชั่นจากผู้วาดไปจำหน่ายหรือกระจายในระบบ NFT หรือ AI เด็ดขาด14. ผู้วาดจะเก็บไฟล์ไว้เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน ผู้จ้างกรุณารับผิดชอบในการดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ภายในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด ผู้วาดไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีที่ผู้จ้างทำไฟล์หายหลังจากช่วงเวลาข้างต้นช่องทางการโอนเงิน: ธนาคารกสิกร, พร้อมเพย์, Stripe (หากจ่ายเป็น usd จะคิดตามเรทที่ปรากฎในเว็บ)

Complete work is delivered electronically via an online download location in .PNG with 300 dpi resolution format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .clip, ), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement
- If native files is needed, please do inform before starting of work and will be charge +10% of final price (or 20% if requirement made after agree on the first draft)
- Separated part for animation use will have additional cost depends on details and starts at 30$ base2. Prices listed in the site are for Commercial use
- For Personal Use will be 30% off
- Any kind of use which possibly make profits in the future will be considered Commercial use
- Fan art of Vtuber is considered Commercial use
- Give Away is considered Commercial Use in some cases, please ask beforehand3. Starting prices listed withing the site is for 1 character with simple detail and simple BG
- Fantasy characters or character with details, will be charged additional
- Complex BG will have additional charge base on details4. The Artist works on a regular turnaround of 4-5 weeks (30-40 days), unless stated otherwise in the Commission Agreement.
- If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
- +50% for rush fee5. Completed works will be posted on my SNS (twitter, FB, instagram) and portfolio with watermarks.
- A nondisclosure agreement (NDA) can be requested by the Client. NDA will incur additional fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work
- +10% for NDA6. Credit will be appreciated a lot (please credit my twitter account @dujdao_art)7. The Client may cancel the Commission only prior to Start of Work
- Full refund will be issued in the event that the Artist must cancel work due to sudden unavailability or emergency
- Refunds, as well as unauthorized chargebacks, are not allowed after Start of Work, or if any of these Terms of Service are breached during any period of the commission.8. Revision
- The timing and amount of takes in which the Client is allowed revision is to be defined and agreed prior to a Commission Agreement. Extra revision will incur additional fees, also to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
- Revision is available 2 times for one delivery (ex. Delivery of the 1st sketch 2 times and delivery of rendering 2 times max)
- +5 usd for 1 times extra revision
- Revisions due to the Artist’s negligence are free of charge.9. Late response will affect the work to delay as well ,and not considered the artist's responsibility10. The Client must specify the content of the Commission to the best of their ability. The Client is responsible for providing important information and a clear description / reference to the Artist prior to a Commission Agreement. Failing to provide information may result in the Artist’s inability to complete the Commission to the Client’s fullest satisfaction, in which the Client will be held responsible.11. Commission offers that satisfy the following components are placed as higher priority than other offers. These components include the Artist's skill level, availability, flexibility of deadlines, and subject matter.
- The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.12. Full payment must be made in the signing of the Commission Agreement prior to the Start of Work
-The Commission will not be started of sent to the Client until the agreed payment amount has been received13. Distributing any Commission from the Artist to the NFT / AI site community is strictly prohibited.14. Any files will be preserve up to 3 months. You are responsible to download the file(s) within the time period.Payment method: Stripe invoice, Buy me a coffee
Stripe doesn't need an account to complete the payment. You'll be required only an e-mail and debit/credit card*Paypal Thailand has some issue since it launched (such as unable to Verify or Hold some money for months in some account.)so it won't be available now or soon

- กรณีในภาพมีตัวละครมากกว่า 1 ตัวละครถัดไปจะคิดราคาเป็น 90% ของสเกลที่เลือก
- Added character + 90% of original price
- Sketch type และ Painting type จะแตกต่างกันตามตัวอย่างด้านล่าง (*Sketch type งานจริงจะตัดเส้นเรียบร้อยกว่าตัวอย่าง)

- ยังไม่มีตัวอย่างสำหรับสเกลนี้ สามารถดูผลงานในหมวด #Full painting หรือ Omakase อ้างอิงได้ค่ะ!
- ราคานี้เป็นราคาโดยประมาณรวมเชิงพาณิชย์ อาจมีเพิ่มหรือลดตามรายละเอียดตอนคุยกันค่ะ!
- No example for Novel Cover type, the closest style will be full painting
- ราคารวมสำหรับ 2 ตัวละครตั้งแต่สะโพกขึ้นไป-เต็มตัว และฉากอย่างง่าย
- You'll get a minimum 2 character waist-up with simple BG
- สำหรับปกที่มีตัวละครและฉากแฟนตาซี รวมทั้งจีนโบราณ จะมีบวกเพิ่มตามรายละเอียด
- For the cover with fantasy design and ancient Chinese design will be charged additional fees
